Behavior Technician (RBT)

The behavior technician will work one-On-One with families to implement life-Changing aba care, helping children learn new skills and reach milestones in their home setting. Responsibilities include providing in-Person behavior intervention services, collecting and recording data on child behaviors, and attending supervision and team meetings.

Candidates must have a minimum high-School degree or equivalent and ideally possess experience working with children, especially those with special needs, along with reliable transportation. Rbt certification is preferred, or the candidate must be willing to obtain it within a set timeframe.
