The occupational therapist ii acts as a primary clinician, providing comprehensive occupational therapy evaluations, treatments, and education for patients with complex medical and surgical conditions. Key duties include collaborating with interdisciplinary teams, setting measurable patient goals, ensuring high-Quality care, and serving as a clinical instructor for students.

Candidates must have graduated from an occupational therapy program accredited by the american occupational therapy association and possess at least one year of clinical experience as an occupational therapist. A valid, unencumbered occupational therapist license approved by the georgia board of occupational therapy and basic life support (Bls) certification are mandatory.
