Physical Therapist - Contingent Homecare

The physical therapist will evaluate, diagnose, and treat patients to help them recover from injuries and manage pain. They will create measurable goals and adjust treatment plans as patients progress.

Candidates must have a doctorate or master's degree in physical therapy and a valid physical therapy license. A commitment to diversity, equity, and inclusion, along with strong communication skills, is also required.
