Assistant Coach – CT United Academy [Contractor]

The assistant coach will support the head coach by assisting in planning and executing training sessions aligned with the club's philosophy and providing technical and tactical coaching to enhance player performance. This role also involves supporting player development plans, assisting with match strategies, and maintaining professional standards within the academy environment.

Candidates must possess a minimum ussf c license or equivalent and have over three years of coaching experience at the youth academy or elite club level. The position requires strong communication and organizational skills, along with the ability to work evenings, weekends, and travel for events.
