RBT

The registered behavior technician (Rbt) is responsible for prompting safe and socially acceptable replacement behaviors to build communication and social skills, while also increasing the frequency of appropriate behaviors through reinforcement. They must follow behavioral plans, provide crisis intervention when necessary, and accurately collect daily behavioral data.

Candidates must possess demonstrated strong skills in communication, behavior management, and creative problem-Solving, along with the ability to work collaboratively and respond quickly to emergencies. This position requires obtaining a registered behavior technician (Rbt) certification, which involves completing a 40-Hour training course and passing an exam.
