RBT

The registered behavior technician will be responsible for prompting safe and socially acceptable replacement behaviors to build skills in communication, social interaction, and problem-Solving. This includes following behavioral plans, providing crisis intervention when necessary, and accurately collecting daily behavioral and target data.

Candidates must possess demonstrated strong skills in communication, behavior management, and creative problem-Solving, along with the ability to work collaboratively and respond quickly and safely to emergencies. A registered behavior technician (Rbt) certification is required, which involves completing a 40-Hour training course and passing an exam.
