Group Home Family Specialist (4089)

The family specialist coordinates therapeutic activities for youth and families to ensure they can live safely and productively within their home community. This includes maintaining partnerships with referring agencies, coordinating required services, and providing supportive casework counseling.

A minimum of a bachelor's degree in social work or a related field is required, with an msw preferred, alongside 1-3 years of experience working with diverse youth and families. Candidates must also possess a valid driver's license and the ability to work a flexible schedule including nights and weekends.
