Community Care Specialist (4230)

The community care specialist offers intensive one-On-One support to youth and families through recreational, educational, cultural, and social activities, while also assisting the team with supervision and counseling. Responsibilities include providing individual treatment services, participating in service plan development, acting as an advocate, and maintaining regular communication with guardians and parents.

A minimum of a high school diploma is required, though an associate’s degree is preferred, along with at least one year of experience working with youth and families, preferably in a not-For-Profit setting. Candidates must possess a valid driver's license, reliable car, and the ability to work flexible hours, including evenings.
