Core responsibilities
The certified athletic trainer will design and implement therapeutic programs for injured athletes' rehabilitation and determine the need for and administer proper athletic training techniques before and during events to decrease injury risk. Responsibilities also include managing emergency incidents and seeking outreach opportunities to promote the company.
Requirements summary
Minimum qualifications require a bachelor of science degree, national athletic trainers association (Nata-Boc) board of certification, and cpr certification, along with any applicable state license. A master's degree is preferred.
