Application Trainer

The application trainer is responsible for conducting on-Site and classroom-Based training on radiotherapy products like exactrac dynamic and exactrac surface, while also providing direct guidance to clinical staff during patient treatments. This role involves assessing customer training needs, maintaining certification, and supporting curriculum design and education procedure improvements.

Candidates must possess a bachelor’s degree or higher, preferably in a relevant field like radiation therapy or medical physics, along with 3-5 years of clinical experience in radiation therapy and 2-3 years of technical training experience. Essential qualifications include excellent organizational, communication, and software skills, a high degree of professionalism, and a willingness to travel frequently (50%-75%+).
