Application Trainer

The application trainer will conduct on-Site and classroom-Based training on radiotherapy products like exactrac dynamic and exactrac surface, while also providing direct guidance to clinical staff during patient treatments. This role involves assessing customer training needs, maintaining certification, and supporting curriculum design improvements.

Candidates must possess a bachelor’s degree or higher, preferably in a relevant field like radiation therapy or medical physics, along with 3-5 years of clinical experience in radiation therapy. Essential requirements include 2-3 years of technical training experience, excellent organizational and communication skills, high comfort with technology, and a willingness to travel frequently (50%-75%+).
