ELA Teacher

The ela content coach will deliver competency-Based content, support personalized learning for graduation candidates (Gcs), and guide them toward graduation and post-Secondary success. Key duties include planning and delivering content-Area instruction, monitoring academic progress, and collaborating with the support team on personalized learning pathways.

Candidates must possess a bachelor's degree and hold an ohio 6-12 secondary certification in english, along with a minimum of two years of teaching experience, preferably at the high school level. Strong skills in communication, time management, instructional planning, and collaboration are essential for this role.
