Swim Instructor

The primary duties involve teaching swimmers water safety and technique according to the proprietary curriculum while providing positive reinforcement. Instructors must also communicate swimmer progress effectively to parents.

Candidates must possess the ability to work well with children, demonstrate excellent communication and organizational skills, and maintain high energy and a strong work ethic. A mandatory requirement is passing background examinations prior to starting training.
