Swim Instructor

The primary duties involve teaching swimmers water safety and technique according to the proprietary curriculum while providing positive reinforcement. Instructors must also communicate swimmer progress effectively to parents.

Candidates must possess the ability to work well with children, excellent communication and organizational skills, high energy, and a strong work ethic. A mandatory requirement is passing background examinations prior to starting training.
