The intern will be responsible for planning, implementing, and leading effective occupational therapy (Ot) groups in community settings, as well as completing ot screenings, assessments, and assisting with interpretation under supervision. Responsibilities also include documenting ot activities and collaborating with staff and clients to plan interventions.

Requirements summary

This is an unpaid position exclusively for students currently enrolled in an accredited occupational therapy program affiliated with sheppard pratt or mosaic community services, functioning as a level i fieldwork student. The student must demonstrate increasing competence with the ot process, including documentation and developing clinical skills to reach entry-Level competency by the end of the fieldwork.
