Summer Residential Counselor

The summer residential counselor will provide 24-Hour supervision and mentorship to high school students in the upward bound residential summer program, assisting them with academic challenges and enforcing program rules to maintain a safe environment. Responsibilities also include tutoring, teaching an elective class, planning recreational activities, and assisting with dormitory operations.

Candidates should possess a strong passion for youth mentoring and academic support, along with excellent communication and teamwork skills, serving as a positive role model for students. Preferred qualifications include an associate's degree or completion of two years of college, along with 0-3 years of related experience working with youth or in educational programs.
