Core responsibilities
The summer residential counselor will provide 24-Hour supervision and mentorship to high school students in the upward bound residential summer program, assisting with academic challenges and enforcing program rules. Responsibilities also include planning and leading recreational activities, tutoring students, and assisting with dormitory operations.
