Job Coach (ACRE)

The job coach provides customized employment services, including discovery, job development, and post-Employment support, while ensuring individuals receive high-Quality services within policy constraints. This involves supporting individuals at their jobs, training them on duties, and establishing strong relationships with employers.

Candidates must be at least 18 years old, pass a criminal background check, and possess effective english communication skills. A high school diploma or ged is required, along with certification through the association of community rehabilitation educator (Acre) employment services basic level.
