Registered Behavior Technician - In-Home RBT

The registered behavior technician will implement individualized aba therapy plans developed by a board certified behavior analyst (Bcba), delivering one-On-One interventions to support skill acquisition and behavior reduction. Responsibilities also include collecting and recording data, assisting in developing behavior intervention plans (Bips) under supervision, and collaborating with caregivers.

Candidates are required to have a high school diploma and must have completed the 40-Hour rbt training course, with active rbt certification preferred or required within 60 days of hire. Experience working with children or individuals with developmental disabilities is considered a plus.
