Responsibilities also include collaborating on disability identification, attending iep meetings, assisting with observations, and maintaining required staff-To-Child ratios.

Requirements summary

A minimum of a high school diploma or ged is required, though a child development associate (Cda) is preferred, along with at least one year of experience working with children aged three to five. Candidates must be able to read and implement strategies outlined in individual education plans (Ieps).
