Registered Behavior Technician (RBT)

The behavior technician will deliver one-On-One in-Person applied behavior analysis (Aba) therapy to children in their homes, following plans designed by a board certified behavior analyst (Bcba). Responsibilities also include collecting and recording data on client progress and actively participating in supervision sessions and required team meetings.

Candidates must possess a high school diploma or equivalent and demonstrate a passion for supporting children with special needs, along with having reliable transportation. While rbt certification and cpr certification are preferred, the role requires the willingness to obtain rbt certification within a set timeframe.
