Behavior Technician (Paid Training)

The behavior technician will provide one-On-One aba therapy to children with autism in their homes, strictly following individualized treatment plans developed by a bcba. This role also requires diligent collection of session data and effective communication with supervisors and caregivers.

Candidates must possess a high school diploma or equivalent and be able to travel locally to client homes, with after-School and weekend availability preferred. Experience working with children in fields like teaching or healthcare is preferred, and obtaining the rbt credential is a plus, though training is provided.
