Full-Time College Connection Coach

The college connection coach will advise high school students on academic pathways, degree tracking, and career goals using relevant student development theories. Key duties include managing dual credit/Enrollment courses from application through registration, monitoring student progress, and maintaining communication with students, parents, and school personnel.

A bachelor's degree and a minimum of one year of relevant experience are required, prioritizing candidates with a proven track record of student guidance and strong communication skills. Candidates must also demonstrate proficiency with student tracking software, analytical abilities, and the capacity to travel within central indiana.
