Senior Student Success Coach

The senior success coach provides proactive, holistic coaching to support student persistence, engagement, and completion by utilizing coaching strategies and coordinated outreach systems. Responsibilities include maintaining an assigned caseload, serving as a functional lead for a designated initiative area, and connecting students with necessary resources.

A bachelor's degree in education, counseling, psychology, student affairs, or a related field is required, with a master's degree preferred. Candidates must possess strong skills in student coaching, early intervention, communication, relationship building, problem-Solving, data systems proficiency, and project management.
