The instructor is responsible for fostering a safe, inclusive, and engaging environment for youth, encouraging participation, and serving as a positive role model. This includes assisting with program delivery, communicating plans, observing activities, and maintaining attendance records.
Candidates should preferably have experience working with youth through volunteering, school, or work, and must possess strong communication and interpersonal skills. The role requires the ability to follow instructions, work independently, and handle moderately physically demanding activities.

Daily contact with Club staff, members, outside organizations, and individuals to plan, coordinate, and deliver programs. The ability to stand for extended periods, kneel, reach, bend, and lift objects weighing more than 25 lbs. Travel to special events, field trips, outdoor work, and moderately physically demanding activities may occasionally be required. Must be able to work afternoon/evening hours; occasional weekend hours may be required.
