Nursing Professional Development (NPD) Practitioner - NCC

This role is responsible for facilitating, coordinating, and ensuring the evaluation, training, and education of clinical staff by assessing and addressing educational needs in assigned areas. The practitioner manages accurate staff education records, teaches clinical content, and maintains clinical competence in their specialty area.

Candidates must possess a bachelor's degree in nursing and two years of nursing experience, along with a current registered nurse license in utah or eligibility via the compact. The role requires demonstrated ability to work variable and rotating shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays, in a 24/7 environment.
