PRN Nursing Professional Development (NPD) Practitioner - Critical Care

This role is responsible for facilitating, coordinating, and ensuring the evaluation, training, and education of clinical staff within assigned areas, managing accurate education records, and teaching clinical content while maintaining clinical competence in the specialty area. The practitioner uses the educational design process to bridge identified knowledge, skills, or practice gaps and supports the professional growth of learners in an interprofessional environment.

Candidates must possess a bachelor's degree in nursing and two years of nursing experience, along with a current registered nurse license in utah or eligibility via the interstate compact. The role requires demonstrated ability to work variable and rotating shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays, in a 24/7 patient care setting.
