Nursing Professional Development (NPD) Practitioner - ACR and Ambulatory TTP/Nurse Residency

This role is responsible for facilitating, coordinating, and ensuring the evaluation, training, and education of clinical staff by assessing and addressing educational needs in assigned areas. The practitioner supports the educational design process to bridge knowledge and skill gaps, manages education records, and teaches clinical content while maintaining clinical competence.

Required qualifications include a bachelor's degree in nursing and two years of nursing experience, along with a current registered nurse license in utah or eligibility via the compact. Candidates must also be able to work rotating schedules, including nights, weekends, and holidays, in a 24/7 environment.
