Nursing Professional Development (NPD) Practitioner

This role is responsible for facilitating, coordinating, and ensuring the evaluation, training, and education of clinical staff within assigned areas by assessing educational needs and managing accurate staff education records. The practitioner supports the educational design process to bridge knowledge gaps, advances professional development, and models expert practice in nursing.

Candidates must possess a bachelor of science in nursing and a minimum of two years of nursing experience, along with a current registered nurse license in utah or eligibility via the compact license. The role requires the ability to work variable and rotating shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays, in a 24/7 environment.
