2026 ESY MIPA Instructional Assistant MIPA INSTRUCTIONAL ASSISTANT AT INNOVATION ELEMENTARY SCHOOL Summer School Dates: July 6, 2026 through July 31, 2026 Important Note: Professional Days and Orientation: July 1st and 2nd
Qualifications
Graduation from high school or equivalent education; and 60 college credits from a regionally accredited college/university; or A qualifying score on the ParaPro (455 or better).
Preferred
Reliable, dependable, flexible, and punctual. Flexible and willing to work as a team. Knowledge of the needs of students with disabilities. Ability to take initiative appropriately.
Experience
- Experience working with children from diverse backgrounds. One year working with students who have disabilities

- Include: Assist individuals or groups of students with classroom activities under the guidance and direction of a teacher. Assist with classroom and behavior management plans under teacher guidance and direction. Collaborate with school staff, related service providers, student services staff, and families. Perform other tasks as assigned by teacher, site-administrator, or coordinator
