Child Development Specialist, Extended Day

The specialist will participate in developing and implementing individual treatment plans while consulting with staff to ensure consistency in therapeutic programs. Responsibilities also include fostering a stable, therapeutic environment, implementing behavioral systems, and providing direct services like transportation and assistance with daily living skills.

A bachelor's degree and 2-4 years of experience in a clinical treatment program setting are preferred, and candidates must maintain a valid driver's license. Applicants are required to obtain and maintain certification in therapeutic crisis intervention and cpr/First aid, with bilingual spanish skills being a plus.
