Classroom Support Staff

The classroom support staff member will assist teachers in implementing academic, vocational, and behavioral programs, providing support for activities and transitions under supervision. Responsibilities also include implementing behavioral interventions, recording student performance data, and contributing to a safe environment using tci and pbis practices.

A high school diploma or equivalent is required, though a bachelor's degree is preferred for this role. Candidates must obtain cpr certification within 90 days and therapeutic crisis intervention certification after hire, and must pass a pre-Employment background screening including drug testing.
