Assistant Teacher

The assistant teacher will support classroom instruction, student development, and behavioral needs by building positive and therapeutic relationships with students and assisting with academic tasks. Key duties include implementing behavior intervention plans, following classroom expectations, and ensuring data collection on student performance and behaviors.

A bachelor's degree is preferred, and previous experience working with children exhibiting severe behaviors is considered a plus. Candidates must obtain cpr certification within 90 days and therapeutic crisis intervention certification after hire, with training provided for both.
