Behavior Therapist (BT/RBT) - Hiring Event

The behavior therapist will provide direct one-On-One therapy to clients in various settings, implementing behavior intervention plans designed by bcbas to address goals and objectives. Responsibilities also include accurately collecting data, monitoring progress, utilizing behavior reduction techniques, and training parents/Caregivers.

Candidates must have a passion for working with children and meet all bacb eligibility requirements to obtain rbt certification, passing the exam within the training period. The role requires strong communication and time management skills, along with the physical capacity to manage client behaviors and lift up to 50 pounds.
