Core responsibilities
The job development coach will train students in job-Related skills, provide on-Site coaching in community settings, and support vocational goal development to prepare them for post-Graduate transitions. Responsibilities also include facilitating vocational training, integrating academic and vocational components through assessment and data analysis, and collaborating with staff to meet individualized transition goals.
Requirements summary
A bachelor's degree is required for this position, with a teacher assistant or registered behavior technician (Rbt) certification being preferred. Candidates must maintain agency-Required crisis intervention qualifications and possess the ability to work collaboratively while maintaining student confidentiality.
