Clinical Nurse Educator - Surgical Services - Full Time - Days

The clinical nurse educator is accountable for delivering quality care by providing guidance to staff on best practice models, mentoring them in care planning, and facilitating the integration of theory and research into patient care. This role also involves establishing learning assessment instruments, developing staff development programs, and serving as a role model for expert nursing practice and change implementation.

Candidates must be graduates of an accredited school of nursing with a bachelor of science in nursing (Bsn) required, and a master's degree preferred. A minimum of three to five years of nursing experience is required, with three years in surgical services preferred, along with a current rn license and bls certification.
