Clinical educator rn - Operating room

The clinical educator rn is responsible for assessing learning needs and performance of staff in assigned specialty clinical areas, designing, developing, implementing, and evaluating education based on best evidence. They act as a collaborative partner, educational leader, instructor, subject matter expert, and mentor, deploying system education at the local department level.

A minimum of three years of recent applicable clinical experience as a registered nurse is required, along with experience in an informal or formal leadership capacity. A bachelor's degree in nursing is mandatory, and proficiency in microsoft applications is also required.
