The clinical educator rn is responsible for assessing learning needs and performance of staff in assigned specialty clinical areas, designing, developing, implementing, and evaluating education based on best evidence. They act as a collaborative partner, educational leader, instructor, subject matter expert, and mentor, deploying system education at the local department level.
