Core responsibilities
The enrichment coach is responsible for overseeing the educational quality of the program by implementing the program model and provided curriculum to ensure scholars receive meaningful and engaging instruction. Key duties include assisting in coordinating activities and events, maintaining curriculum and supplies, implementing positive behavior management, and ensuring the ongoing health and safety of scholars.
Requirements summary
Candidates must be at least 18 years old and committed to promoting diversity and inclusion. Preferred qualifications include one year of experience in child care or education, and experience managing out-Of-School time or community-Based youth programs, especially in urban communities.
