Child Watch Attendant (Evening Shift)

The child watch attendant is responsible for ensuring a safe, caring, and fun learning environment for children aged 6 weeks to 7 years while their parents use ymca facilities. Key duties include active play, monitoring drop-Off/Pick-Up, communicating with parents, and maintaining the cleanliness of the child watch area.

Candidates must be at least 15 years old and should ideally possess six months or more of related experience working with youth and diverse populations. Preferred qualifications include current cpr, first aid, and aed certifications, along with the ability to pass required background checks and complete mandatory child abuse prevention training.
