Lifeguard/ Swim Instructor (Morning Shift)

The role involves performing lifeguard duties by vigilantly scanning areas, enforcing rules, and following emergency protocols to ensure member safety at all times. Additionally, the instructor is responsible for teaching swimming lessons to youth members, preparing lesson plans, and maintaining positive relationships with staff and participants.

Candidates must be at least 16 years old and possess current lifeguard, cpr for the professional rescuer, aed, first aid, and oxygen certifications. While six months of related aquatics experience is preferred, the role requires the ability to pass background checks and commit to required training, including child abuse prevention.
