Health and Wellbeing Coach

The coach will guide and direct fitness enthusiasts through ymca programs, focusing on building relationships with members struggling to maintain a healthy lifestyle. Key duties include delivering equipment orientations, teaching proper form, assisting with personalized routines, and ensuring safety guidelines are followed.

Candidates should ideally possess a bachelor's degree or two years of related experience, along with knowledge of basic health and fitness principles and exercise prescription. Preferred qualifications include experience coaching group exercise and holding relevant certifications like ymca foundations or ace/Acsm/Afaa.
