Grade 5-8 Math Teacher

The teacher is responsible for instructing middle grades mathematics students, utilizing an adopted curriculum, and developing lesson plans to meet national standards and individual student needs. Duties also include establishing rapport, motivating students, evaluating academic growth, and maintaining effective classroom behavior standards.

Candidates must possess a bachelor's degree in a related subject from an accredited university and hold an illinois teaching certificate. While experience is preferred, it is not a mandatory requirement for hiring.
