The instructor acts as an educator, facilitator, consultant, researcher, and leader, providing educational programs to employees, physicians, and the community in alignment with the organization's mission and values. This role involves serving in various specialty areas as required by the director of education/Dean of colleges.

Minimum requirements include a master of science in nursing education or a bachelor's degree while actively pursuing a master's within four years, along with an unrestricted new york state registered nurse licensure and required certifications like bls, acls, and pals. Candidates must also possess at least three years of clinical nursing experience and strong skills in communication, leadership, and computer literacy.
