Core responsibilities
The administrative assistant facilitates the efficient operation of the assigned department by performing various clerical and administrative tasks, including answering phones, scheduling meetings, and handling correspondence. This role also involves maintaining supplies inventory, supporting team organization, and adhering to organizational policies regarding member and staff boundaries.
Requirements summary
Candidates must possess strong organizational and time-Management skills, excellent verbal and written communication abilities, and proficiency in microsoft office suite, canva, and comfort learning new software. A high school diploma or equivalent is required, along with 3 years of administrative assistant experience, and obtaining cpr/Aed and first aid certification within 90 days.
