Child Care Float/Support Staff

The float/Support staff is responsible for maintaining the ordered arrangement, appearance, and learning environment of the classroom while ensuring compliance with all new york state regulations. This role also involves assisting with laundry, cleaning tasks, and covering in classrooms as needed, while communicating concerns to the director team.

The ideal candidate is a warm, caring person passionate about working with young children and capable of facilitating learning through play and child-Initiated interests. Applicants must be willing to attend staff meetings, trainings, and conferences, and believe that all people deserve dignity and respect.
