Registered Nurse Residency - Home Health

The role involves making scheduled visits to patients' homes to conduct ongoing interdisciplinary assessments and ensure the quality and safe delivery of services according to the established care plan. Responsibilities include performing initial and comprehensive assessments for all new patients and conducting nursing assessments at every subsequent visit.

Candidates must be graduates of a state board approved program for registered nurses and maintain a valid basic life support (Bls) healthcare provider card. A valid licensed driver with automobile insurance is also required for home visits.
