In Home Family Services Consultant

The consultant provides in-Home intervention to children and families using a skill-Based, solution-Focused model to teach necessary skills and access community support resources. Major duties include providing safe services, developing strong relationships with families and external resources, assessing needs, monitoring progress, and completing all required administrative documentation.

A bachelor's degree in human services or a related field along with one year of experience working with children and families is required, though an associate's degree with two years of experience may be considered in specific rural counties. Candidates must possess a valid driver's license, reliable transportation, meet insurance requirements, and be available rotationally for crisis response during non-Traditional hours.
