Direct Support Professional (DSP), Residential Services

As a direct support professional (Dsp), you will help individuals with disabilities build self-Esteem and independence while developing and carrying out individualized plans. You will also assist with daily living skills and facilitate community connections.

Candidates must be at least 18 years old and have a valid driver's license with at least 6 months of driving experience. Previous experience as a personal care aide or similar role is preferred, along with knowledge of individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities.
