Overview Speech and Language Pathologist, Early Intervention Status
- Part-time, less than 20 hours per weekSchedule: Monday –
- Friday, flexible hours based on referral needsLocation: Cumberland-Perry, York-Adams, and
- Lebanon
- Counties (must be willing to travel within these areas)Pay:
- Negotiable, based on experienceSign-on

- Bachelor’s degree in a related discipline with 2 to 5 years of related experience
- OR Master’s degree in a related discipline with 0 to 2 years of related experience
- Completion of ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competency (CCC)
- Eligible for PA Promise Enrollment
- Not on CMS Exclusion List
- Valid driver’s license with at least 6 months of driving experience
- Access to a vehicle with valid insurance, registration, and inspection
- Ability to communicate, read, write, and understand English
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
- Preferred: Knowledge of feeding, AAC, and working with medically complex children including tracheotomy/passy-muir valves As a Speech and Language Pathologist in Early Intervention, you’ll support infants and toddlers (birth to age three) and their families during critical developmental years. You’ll help children build communication skills and reach important milestones while working closely with caregivers in natural, community-based settings.
- What
- You’ll Do:
- Support the development of goals, strategies, and ways to track progress based on the child’s Evaluation Report (ER), Individualized Family Service Plan (IFSP), and the family’s goals
- Provide session notes and all required documentation for quarterly and annual reviews
- Offer guidance and practical strategies to families and caregivers to help their child reach IFSP goals during community-based therapy sessions and encourage caregivers to actively participate
- Help coordinate speech therapy services by following regulations, supporting financial processes, and working with community partners Why UCP?
