Community Habilitation Instructor

The community habilitation instructor provides support to individuals with developmental disabilities, enabling them to participate in community activities and build relationships. Responsibilities include ensuring health and safety, acting as a positive role model, and completing necessary documentation.

A high school diploma or ged is required, along with a valid driver's license and reliable transportation. Candidates should be able to work with minimal supervision and be proficient with technology.
